COVID-19 Safety Procedures
Our number 1 priority is the health of everyone involved.
Below are a few of the initial measures we are taking for the well-being of our staff, customers, and communities:
-Before we can schedule the service call or work, we will need to ask whether anyone is sick, not feeling well, or has been exposed to someone with the virus in the last 14 days.
-Our Team Members will not shake your hand and will always try and remain the recommended distance. 6 feet.
-Each Team Member will wear protective gear as well as fresh boot covers when entering your home
-We have each Team Member report a health check daily advising of their own health, and those in their home / local communities
-We clean all equipment that we use and all surfaces that we touch in your home
-There is no paperwork as we are paperless. Invoices will be emailed to you and approval emailed back. Or we can wipe the phone down for you to sign.
-Business cards will not be handed out
-We will stay committed to taking care of your family and our staff’s family.
